The beginning of our 2007 "Wish" list:
Plastic Easter Eggs filled with candy, small toys or cash (The kids especially liked the change!)... we will need several
thousand of these!
Items for a childs gift bag (as is White House tradition upon leaving) such as coloring books, crayons,
pencils, full size candy like a chocolate Easter bunny (maybe Russell-Stover or another Texas based company would donate
these if asked), children's books. There is usually a painted wooden easter egg also given as a lasting reminder of
the hunt at the WH... Anyone really crafty and creative? 1000 of each item.
CASH! CASH! CASH! for all the necessary items like port-o-potties and inflatable bounce rooms and slides for the kids
and fun things like cash in the golden eggs!
Booths we would like to add for 2007:
Ring Toss:
Look for items that are reduced at places like Target, HEB or Wal-mart (Wynne from Burleson picked up some of the Easter
buckets that we gave the kids at half price to use next year!)
